Data we process
Information you choose to share in the quote, callback and feedback forms: name, phone, email, requested product and your message; optionally ID number, date of birth, document serial number, plate, policy expiry date and preferred call time.
Purposes
To assess your request, contact you, prepare an insurance quote and obtain offers from suitable insurers.
Legal grounds
KVKK Art. 5/2-c (directly related to establishing a contract) and Art. 5/2-f (legitimate interest). Marketing messages rely only on your separate explicit consent (Art. 5/1), which is off by default.
Transfers
Your data may be shared only as needed for a quote with the insurers we work with, and with the site’s hosting and email service providers.
Retention
Data is kept for as long as the purpose and applicable legal retention periods require, then deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, correction or deletion, object, and claim compensation. Send requests to info@artisigorta.ist.
